YODEZEEN is an architecture and design studio founded by Arthur Sharf and Artem Zverev in 2010. Today, the team counts more than 250 professionals, with offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Miami, and Los Angeles. We are currently looking for a Lawyer to join our Warsaw_office.

Responsibilities:
◼️Preparation, drafting, and management of employment contracts in accordance with Polish labor legislation.
◼️Monitoring the validity periods of employment contracts, making amendments, and extending contracts.
◼️Ensuring compliance of documents with labor law requirements.
◼️Assistance with the legalization of company employees in Poland (preparation of documents, applications, and accompanying employees to the administration
◼️Monitoring changes in labor legislation of Poland and Ukraine, and promptly informing management.
◼️Collecting, verifying, and systematizing documents for opening a sole proprietorship (FOP) in Ukraine.
◼️Maintaining internal employee-related documentation, archiving, and record-keeping.

Qualifications:
◼️Higher legal education.
◼️Knowledge of Polish and Ukrainian labor legislation.
◼️At least 1 year of experience working with HR documentation or in the field of labor law
◼️Experience in drafting and managing contracts.
◼️Proficiency in Ukrainian and English and/or Polish.
◼️Attentiveness, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
