What You’ll Do

• Engineer at Scale Across Projects — Design and build robust data pipelines, warehouses, and streaming architectures for diverse client needs on AWS.
• Automate Everything — Implement AWS-native DevOps solutions with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (EKS/ECS).
• Optimize Performance — Tune data, ML, and agentic AI workflows for cost efficiency, reliability, and speed in client environments.
• Cross-team communication — translating technical vision into practical, production-ready solutions.
• Mentor & Elevate — Share best practices across engineering teams and help customers build their internal cloud and AI capabilities.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in data engineering and dataOps or ML engineering and DevOps.
• Deep expertise in AWS services such as S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Lambda, Kinesis, SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS/EKS.
• Strong coding ability in Python and SQL, plus distributed data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Flink).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps (model deployment, versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML).
• Proven skills with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and modern DevOps pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL/ELT design.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic AI or autonomous workflows using LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
• Comfortable switching between projects, clients, and domains, adapting quickly to diverse business problems.
