We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team working on an advanced productivity software solution for ambitious individuals and coaches. We need a proactive professional who brings ideas to the table, provides recommendations, and drives product excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Conduct product research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Facilitate communication between technical team and business stakeholders
• Proactively propose solutions and enhancements to product features
• Ensure requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with product vision
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with product discovery and requirements elicitation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Proactive mindset with passion for product improvement
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
