We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team.

As an experienced Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and implementing high-quality backend solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality code.
• Effectively collaborate with the customer team to provide the best solutions.
• Participate in grooming and planning sessions.
• Implement business ideas into fully working features.
• Performance testing (Google core vital metrics).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, proficiency in Ruby and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Rails 7, React 17, and state management libraries like MobX.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including query optimisation, database design, and data migration.
• Previous experience with Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and containerised environments.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
• Experience with Sidekiq or similar background job processing frameworks.
• Experience integrating and working with Elasticsearch, Rollbar, DataDog, and Splunk for performance monitoring and error tracking.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and software development best practices.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
• Strong knowledge of test-driven development and experience with RSpec, Jest, and Capybara.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
