We’re looking for a Community manager to join our Center of Excellence team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably in the IT outsourcing or technology industry (more than 1 year in similar positions).
  • Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. creating an online forum, creating a series of events, and writing an email newsletter).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with various communication channels and social media platforms.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in developing and implementing strategies to build and nurture technical and business communities within the company.
  • Identify key areas for community growth and engagement, both internally and externally.
  • Facilitate the creation and management of specialized groups focused on technical and business topics.
  • Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive meetings roadmap, including speeches, case-study presentations, and hackathons.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and HR Marketing team to organize and coordinate events.
  • Source and secure speakers for events, ensuring a diverse range of voices and perspectives.
  • Promote community groups and events through various channels.
  • Proactively engage with employees to drive participation and interest in community activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new members to community groups
  • Provide monthly reports on the number of events conducted, attendance, and overall progress.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders and leadership regarding the impact and success of community initiatives.
