We’re looking for a Community manager to join our Center of Excellence team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the IT outsourcing or technology industry (more than 1 year in similar positions).
- Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. creating an online forum, creating a series of events, and writing an email newsletter).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various communication channels and social media platforms.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing and implementing strategies to build and nurture technical and business communities within the company.
- Identify key areas for community growth and engagement, both internally and externally.
- Facilitate the creation and management of specialized groups focused on technical and business topics.
- Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive meetings roadmap, including speeches, case-study presentations, and hackathons.
- Collaborate with internal teams and HR Marketing team to organize and coordinate events.
- Source and secure speakers for events, ensuring a diverse range of voices and perspectives.
- Promote community groups and events through various channels.
- Proactively engage with employees to drive participation and interest in community activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members to community groups
- Provide monthly reports on the number of events conducted, attendance, and overall progress.
- Analyze community engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders and leadership regarding the impact and success of community initiatives.
