As the HR Director at Yalantis, you will be the driving force behind our corporate culture, HR strategy, and data-driven decisions. Join us and shape our success!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s growth and objectives.
• Oversee all HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Provide a data-driven approach.
• Implement HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Develop effective HRBP service for the constant delivery of organisation.
• Inspire and mentor our HRBP team, nurturing their professional growth and development.
• Manage and develop our compensation and benefits programs.
• Optomise and work with actual internal products and services.
• Develop and monitor HR budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in human resources management.
• Previous work experience in IT companies (nice-to-have).
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with HR metrics.
• Intermediate Strong level of English.
