Senior Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a flexible and open-minded specialist with strong communication skills and management experience in software development companies, collaboration with foreign customers, and distributed development teams.

What you’ll help us with:

• actively engage with project stakeholders and manage their expectations;
• deliver in accordance with the client’s SDLC model and conform to clients expectations;
• ensure effective collaboration between Yalantis and client’s team, maintain effective communication between them;
• closely work with the project team, coordinate their activities;
• help team to deal with any impediments to successful delivery;
• eliminate, resolve or escalate conflicts within the team;
• facilitate team meetings positively and productively;
• involve each team member in the project and ensure the project tasks are in line with the career interests of each team member;
• coach and motivate team members;
• ensure that agile principles are followed;
• handle timely and accurate invoicing, address billing issues when they arise;
• openly share information about project state, risks, and existing issues with management, and participate in problem-solving

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:

• 4 years of IT management experience (scrum master, project manager, or project coordinator);
• people management capabilities: organizational skill, ability to negotiate and resolve conflict;
• experience in working with distributed teams;
• communication experience with the U.S. or European clients;
• at least upper-intermediate level of English

These skills will also come in handy:

• prior experience leading of IoT projects;
• any scrum or agile certification: PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, ICP, etc
