Digital marketing manager (вакансія неактивна)

Our Yalantis Marketing Department is on the hunt for an experienced and result-oriented digital marketing manager who could boast excellent leadership and communication skills to take our global customer acquisition strategy to a new level. This role requires being a creative visionary and a pragmatic executor at the same time.

— used to ever changing stakeholder’s requirements and are capable of organizing processes and optimizing programs where there is chaos;

— your work approach implies relying on data heavily and you’re motivated to work towards measurable results;
— you approach complex task with curiosity, which motivates you to seek non-trivial solutions;

— you could describe yourself as a T-shaped marketer who’s experienced in both inbound and outbound techniques and who virtuously combines free and paid lead acquisition channels;

— is good enough at people management (as you’d need to put together project teams for every promotional campaign).


In more plain terms, we’re looking for a person who has the following:

● 3+ years full-time experience in a digital marketer role and a proven track record implementing marketing strategies by using content, email marketing, SEO, PPC, cold outreach, and other;
●Experience doing competitor and market research, creating ICPs and buyer personas,
●Experience designing buyer journey maps, as well as analyzing user flows and user behavior patterns;
●Ability to supervise the process of creating SEO-optimized content (blog content, conversion copy for landing pages)
●Experience working with US and EU target audiences;
●Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.), research tools (Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, etc.), and cold outreach tools (Reply.io, Expandi, Snov.io), and web analytics tools (GA, CrazyEgg, Hotjar, etc.)
●Clear understanding ROI best practices with marketing operations;

Would be a plus:

●B2B marketing knowledge;
●CRO knowledge — i.e. you have experience designing and optimizing landing pages;
●Background in copywriting and/or proofreading (to be able to validate sales and marketing copy from time to time) ;
●Advanced English skills (C1-C2);
●Expertise working with sales teams;
●Have experience configuring GA4.
