We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager/Account Manager who will be tightly cooperating with our existing and newly-engaged clients aiding maximization of collaboration efficiency, ensuring customer-centric approaches, and bringing business value throughout the whole journey of partnership.
As a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager, you will work closely on existing accounts with the Delivery Management team as well as the Top Management team to keep up result-driven partnership, with a focus on customer satisfaction and mutual business growth.

What you’ll help us with:
— Facilitate Business growth of existing accounts and projects within the account
— Monitor Customers’ satisfaction, initiate and suggest areas of improvement
— Detect customers’ business needs/goals/objectives, project success criteria
— Create an account development strategy
— Discover new business opportunities with both existing and former clients
— Build solid referral streams
— Organize Stakeholders’ Management and Communication Plan
— Build trustful and long-lasting relationships with Customers, expand the network
— Visit Yalantis Customers on-site during business trips
Here’s the experience that will help you with the job:
— 3+ years of account management experience
— Experience working with B2B international clients in IT outsourcing
— Experience as Sales Manager /Engagement Manager
— Proven experience in accounts’ growth;
— Strong communication skills (with different types of stakeholders)
— High level of negotiation and persuasion/argumentation skills
— Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
— Self-organizational and result-oriented skills
— English proficiency level: Advanced (spoken and written)

— Experience in Business analysis/process management
— Experience in Project Management
