About:

Our client is developing electro-mechanical devices for dairy farms, pulsators and automatic detachers. The solution is leading in the industry with advanced cow monitoring solutions based on activity and rumination sensors.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code;
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment;
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and competitive.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development;
• Proficiency in Java 11;
• Strong experience with microservices architecture;
• Expertise in Spring (MVC, Data, Security);
• Proficiency in Hibernate or JooQ;
• Experience with AWS services, including S3, SQS, and Lambda;
• Strong knowledge of MySQL;
• Experience with JUnit and Mockito for testing;
• Proficiency in using Docker and Testcontainers;
• Experience with Maven for project management;
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with MongoDB;
• Knowledge of Redis.
