Responsibilities:
— Present the company’s services to potential clients based on their needs via personal meetings or calls;
— Attend international B2B and IT events to meet and connect with potential customers;
— Build strong and trusted relationships within your network;
— Negotiations and deals closing;
— Work in close cooperation with the Recruitment, Account and Lead generation teams;
— Assistance with the strategy development.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry or a related field;
— A solid understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management;
— Strong customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand customer requirements, provide effective solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction;
— Willing to participate in strategy sales process development;
— Self-motivated with strong analytical skills, and data-driven thinking;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
— Fluent English is a must.
