We are building a scalable, AI-driven content distribution system across multiple platforms — and we’re looking for someone to design, operate, and scale it end-to-end. This is not a traditional SMM role; it combines social media, growth, AI automation, and content systems.

💡 What You’ll Do

• 🛠 Build and manage a cross-platform content system: idea → AI content production → adaptation → distribution → analytics → iteration
• 🤖 Generate scripts, hooks, and content ideas using AI at scale
• ✍️ Adapt content for multiple platforms while maintaining native feel
• 📊 Analyze trends, conduct competitor research, and identify viral patterns
• 🤝 Launch collaborations with creators and communities
• 💬 Develop Telegram communities and owned channels
• ⚡ Implement automation and semi-automation systems for efficiency

🌐 Platforms

LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, Quora, YouTube (including Shorts), Threads, Medium/Substack, Dev.to, Telegram

🤖 AI & Technical Skills

• Build prompt systems and AI content pipelines
• Generate content at scale and continuously adopt new AI tools
• Optimize workflows using AI automation
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trend analysis, hooks, and engagement triggers
