Senior Growth Marketer/Brand manager (AI)

We are looking for a growth-focused marketer with experience in digital products, SaaS, or tech environments.

This role is focused on AI-driven marketing systems, content distribution, and growth, not traditional brand marketing or FMCG.

We are building AI products and a scalable marketing infrastructure to test, launch, and grow product hypotheses.

You will work as a right hand to the CMO, combining brand building, growth systems, and execution — from zero to scale.

• Drive traffic through communities and network effects
• Understand platform mechanics and engagement

🔥 Growth & Virality

• Work with viral formats, hooks, storytelling
• Implement growth loops, UGC, referral mechanics
• Optimize CTR, engagement, retention

🚀 Experiments & Launches

• Validate product hypotheses
• Launch marketing experiments
• Iterate and scale what works

• Set up tracking and analytics systems
• Analyze funnels and performance

🧠 Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing
• Experience in SaaS / digital / tech
• Budget experience ($100K+)
• Strong analytical and execution skills
• English B2+
