We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise across AWS and Azure, including strong exposure to AI-driven DevOps practices, to join our team in India.
This role requires deep technical maturity, ownership, and the ability to optimize and automate complex infrastructure environments with modern AI-enabled tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and lead advanced CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows.

• Build and evolve Software-Defined Infrastructure on AWS and Azure using modern automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Coordinate build, deployment, and release activities across distributed teams.
• Develop and maintain automated quality, security, and release gates.
• Implement AI-driven DevOps practices, leveraging AI tools for automation, observability, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define code quality metrics, performance indicators, and monitoring standards.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype new technologies—including AI/ML-enabled solutions—to enhance DevOps operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations of pipelines, source control, containerization, and infrastructure (including cloud-native services on AWS and Azure).
• Perform regular maintenance, performance tuning, and upgrades of DevOps systems.
• Support release schedules, including occasional weekend or after-hours work when needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or Cloud Engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure (multi-cloud experience preferred).
• Strong experience with GIT-based source control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Expertise in build automation techniques, branching strategies, and deployment patterns.
• 3+ years of hands-on scripting with Python, Shell, or similar languages.
• 3+ years working with Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform (preferred), Pulumi, and/or AWS CloudFormation for IaC on AWS/Azure.
• 3+ years of experience with Jenkins — pipeline as code, shared libraries, multibranch setups.
• Solid hands-on experience with DevOps pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Proficiency in building Docker containers and creating Docker-based microservices.
• Strong exposure to monitoring, logging, tracing, and security-focused DevOps toolchains (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK, etc.).
• Good understanding of Linux environments (Ubuntu, RHEL).
• Experience installing and configuring Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, or similar application servers.
• Experience with infrastructure operations and data center/cloud-native workflows.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS or similar) or OpenStack is a strong plus.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted DevOps, such as:
  
  • AI-based log analysis
  • Intelligent alerting and anomaly detection
  • AI-supported CI/CD optimizations
  • SRE automation through LLM-based tools
    (This is highly preferred.)
