ClickDealer is a global tech company operating in the performance marketing space. With headquarters in the Netherlands and offices across Europe, Asia, and North America, we’ve built a solid, international team that drives scalable solutions in the digital ecosystem. Our finance team plays a critical role in supporting complex, cross-border operations — and now we’re looking for a Financial Controller to lead financial processes, ensure compliance, and enable further growth.

Key responsibilities:

• lead financial operations across EU, US, and Ukrainian entities;
• oversee month-end close, budgeting, reporting (GAAP/IFRS);
• ensure timely and accurate P&L, BS, CF reporting + performance analytics;
• manage cash flow, AR/AP, and internal controls;
• communicate with banks, auditors, partners;
• supervise KYC/compliance processes;
• drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years in operational finance or financial control;
• recent experience in a corporate (non-banking) finance environment;
• solid understanding of end-to-end finance operations within a company structure (vs. financial services institutions);
• leadership experience: managing finance/accounting teams;
• strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and reporting;
• Upper-Intermediate English level(for partner/bank communication);
• experience working across multiple jurisdictions (EU/US/UA);
• strong ownership mindset, structured, independent;
• experience working with crypto is a plus;
• based in EU with ability to travel to Warsaw for business trips.
