We are seeking a dynamic Head of Acquisition to spearhead and optimize marketing efforts for our new innovative weight loss-psychology product. The role involves strategic leadership, team management, and driving impactful campaigns to propel product awareness and market penetration.

With us you will:

• Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies for subscription-based products, with a focus on maximizing LTV.
• Manage advertising campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Google, and others.
• Oversee a monthly advertising budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Achieve and maintain a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), constantly optimizing for performance.
• Analyze market trends and user behaviour to continually refine and adapt acquisition tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall business goals.
• Report on key metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.

Your professional qualities:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition, with a focus on subscription-based products, preferably in the education space.
• Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month) and achieving positive ROAS.
• Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
