We are looking for a Product Manager, who will join one of our fast growing products.

Challenges you’ll meet:
• Conduct interviews with users and experts
• Generate hypotheses to improve product and financial indicators, and validate them using A/B tests
• Analyze the market, competitors, feedback from users to find growth points and improve existing functionalities
• Work with product analytics, analyze indicators and prepare requirements
• Prioritize the product backlog for best results
• Write product and technical documentation

Your professional qualities:
• At least 2 years as a Product Manager with a focus on “product” indicators in B2C products (retention, conversion)
• Experience in working with user, product, or other unit databases available for end customer usage
• Capable of producing detailed product documentation, including technical specifications and analytics requirements, with clarity and precision
• Proficient in Customer Development, with hands-on experience conducting user interviews, parsing analytics, and translating user feedback into actionable product insights
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher (with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively)

Nice to have:
• A history of driving database growth and optimizing logic and UX in database searches.
• Solid grasp of database structures and the intricacies of unit characteristics within them
• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms with a large number of SKUs, dating apps with a substantial user base, document editing services with associated document storage capabilities
• Experience working with mobile apps
• Experience of integration with third-party services, such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, SendPulse, Reteno, Amplitude. Ability to “read” technical documentation (API, SDK, etc.)
• The ability to decompose “big” tasks
• Love for sports and a healthy lifestyle
