About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to build and run our lifestyle services vertical -
covering travel, perks, and user-facing benefits.
This role will own the execution and ongoing operations of partnerships across hotels,
flights, accommodations, eSIMs, and exclusive discounts, ensuring a seamless experience
for users.
What you’ll do:
● Own onboarding and operations of lifestyle partners (hotels, airlines, travel platforms,
eSIM providers, etc.)
● Manage integrations and coordination with product and engineering teams
● Ensure smooth launch and ongoing reliability of all lifestyle services
● Track partner performance, SLAs, and user experience metrics
● Ensure exceptional customer experience
● Resolve issues across bookings, fulfillment, and support
● Work with compliance and legal on partner agreements and requirements
● Continuously expand and optimize the lifestyle offering portfolio
● Identify new partnership opportunities and improve existing ones
What we’re looking for:
● Experience in travel, lifestyle services, marketplaces, or partnerships operations
● Strong organizational and execution skills
● Ability to manage multiple partners and moving parts simultaneously
● Customer-centric mindset with attention to experience quality
● Experience in fintech, super apps, or consumer platforms is a strong plus
