Our client is building global financial infrastructure across bank accounts, cards, and other financial products. We operate in a fast-moving, regulated environment that requires precision, ownership, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Role Overview

We are hiring a highly hands-on Operations Manager to act as an operational extension of the Group COO. This role is critical to ensuring that signed partnerships, product launches, and operational initiatives are executed flawlessly across teams.

The Group COO leads business development, partner acquisition, regulatory structuring, and cross-functional strategy. The Operations Manager will take ownership of operational execution once a deal or initiative is agreed upon.

This role requires extreme ownership, reliability, and attention to detail. The right candidate removes operational burden from leadership and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations
  ● Manage card production, inventory, and global distribution
  ● Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and shipping partners
  ● Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers across regions
  ● Track shipments, resolve delays, and manage exceptions proactively
  ● Optimize fulfillment processes for speed, cost, and reliability
  ● Align logistics with compliance, KYC, and customer onboarding flows
  ● Build scalable systems for tracking, reporting, and forecasting

We are looking for someone who is:

• Strong experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations
  ● High attention to detail and operational discipline
  ● Ability to manage multiple vendors and external partners
  ● Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments
  ● Experience in fintech, card programs, or regulated industries is a plus
