Our team is a stellar crew, working from Dubai, Thailand, or anywhere inspiration takes us. We’re seeking a Technical Lead to own a product vertical and guide a team to new heights!

Requirements:
● 7+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on scalable systems.
● Deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (TypeScript), and React.
● Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, MSK), Terraform, Helm, Prometheus,
Grafana.
● Ability to modernize legacy systems and integrate new solutions.
● Leadership experience managing teams (5+ people) or products.
● Fluent English (written/spoken);
Nice to Have:
● Fintech/DeFi experience: smart contracts, staking, DEX/CEX integration.
● Familiarity with L1 blockchain platforms.
● Knowledge of AI engines for transaction analysis or risk management.
● Background in product companies or outsourcing (solution architect).
Responsibilities:
● Take full technical ownership of a product vertical (e.g., hybrid card-crypto wallet).
● Design and implement scalable systems while staying hands-on with coding.
● Lead a team of 5+ developers, QA, PM, and business analysts.
● Collaborate with delivery manager for rapid product delivery.
● Work with external partners and vendors for solution integration.

● Location: Remote with preferred relocation to Dubai (support: visa, tickets, housing).
● Close collaboration with three tech leads, CTO, and a delivery manager in a star team.
● Culture: Zero tolerance for conflicts, focus on business and results.
