As much as we hate the war and want Ukraine to win, we are doing our best to give job opportunities to Ukrainians who recently arrived in Poland. The unprecedented and devastating war against Ukraine has forced us to close our office in Kyiv, and evacuate our employees to safe locations. Our new office in Warsaw allows our colleagues from Ukraine to secure their jobs and support our colleagues and their families who were unable to leave Ukraine.

Our Internal customer service, Airlines and Flight Bookings play a significant role in the team. They are the support for our sales team when it comes to flight option searching, and creating or adjusting reservations.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting sales team by providing flight & pricing options;
• Creating, adjusting and canceling reservations;
• Working with GDS system (Sabre);
• Communicating with team members in order to find the right deals.

We Expect You To:

• Have 1+ year industry experience working in any of the big GDS systems — Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Apollo, Worldspan;
• Have fluent spoken and written English communication skills;
• Have ability to work with large amount of requests;
• Be willingness to help other team members.
• You should be located in Warsaw or be ready to relocate

Work Hours:

• Your work hours will be in sync with the U.S. time zones.
