About Project:

Virtuace on behalf of our client — American insurance company is looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Client is a global specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance that has more than $110 billion USD in total assets along with $17 billion USD in net assets.

Responsibilities:
• Managing project budget, scope and quality;
• Risk management;
• Manage client communications;
• Manage project documentation & maintain related knowledge base;
• Assign work tasks, manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between project team members;
• Motivate project team members, encourage and support productive work performance, facilitate team collaboration.

Required skills:
• +3 years of working experience in Project Management with distributed teams;
• Proven experience with lagre projects at big system enterprices;
• Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English;
• Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills, risk management experience;
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication skills;
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and understanding of SDLC and PMLC;
• Must be able to allocate work within and between project teams.

Will be a plus:
• Experience in insurance or fintech
