Responsibilities:
— Responsible for the month end close process, provide monthly Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash flow reports in accordance with GAAP.
— Prepare management monthly reporting package with explanation of variance to the budget and prior year.
— Manage accounting staff and oversee their daily activities.
Responsible for short term and long-term cash flow projections.
— Manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, performance KPI’s, and other financial operating reports.
— Reviews financial reports, identifying and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
— Responsible for implementation of Avalara.
— Responsible for all regulatory filings: commercial RE tax, sales tax, etc.
— Implement and control accounting structure, develop efficient processes that will scale with growth.
— Suggests processes, and reporting and documentation improvements to streamline work, including enhancements to software or new software programs with IT dept.
— Implement and maintain SOPs for various departments to ensure strict internal controls.
— Manager bank and Year End audits
— Manage Loans and compliance requirements.
— Strong knowledge of wholesale CPG company operations and accounting required.
— Experience with wholesale customers charge backs reconciliations and disputes management.
— Supports CEO in strengthening organizational structure and in various ongoing and future projects.
Qualifications:
— Must have 3+ years of experience working in CPG wholesale, retail or manufacturing industry.
— Experience with SAP B1 is a plus
— Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
— Hands-on, analytic, and energetic
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
GAAP: 2 years (Preferred)

SAP B1: 2 years (Preferred)
Avalara: 2 years (Preferred)
Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
