The Customer Care Tribe is responsible for designing, building, changing and running technology to ensure the UK client can handle customer service requests in an efficient, compliant and secure manner. The tribe supports customer identity management, profile & preference, case management, knowledge management, customer satisfaction, communications using a variety of channels and the planning and strategy for the Customer Care operations teams.
We are looking for people who can explain very technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, carry out technical prioritisation and work well with colleagues in and outside of the team at all levels.
There are a wide range of technologies being used within the tribe. For the Chatbot squad we are looking for people with the experience in the following:
— Jest (or equivalent);
— Code Repository (Gitlab);
— Cloud environment — AWS, Azure etc (preferably AWS);
— NoSQL DB — DynamoDB, MongoDB (preferably DynamoDB);
— AWS API Gateway;
— CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins);
— experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Obviously we don’t expect you to be experienced in everything listed above, we are realistic. What is important is having some of the skills, but also having ideas to bring to the table, and wanting to have an input in to how we do things, and want to pick up new skills along the way.
— experience with React.
To help us build the young chatbot function for our customers and ultimately vastly improve our customers’ experience, we are looking for Middle and Senior with Node to come and join the squad on UK project with a long-term collaboration and MACH onboarding.
Our Senior Engineers will either work as Tech Leads or support our current Tech Leads within autonomous product squads, delivering products that align to our other key business goals. Will assist in the technical delivery of great software and they will help lead the technical direction for the team.
For our senior roles, we always look for the ability to coach and mentor other team members, in fact we think this attitude is needed for these roles.
