Lead DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer

We are hiring a Lead DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to build and scale our
infrastructure, automation, and platform security foundations. You’ll own CI/CD, IaC,
observability, containerization, and DevSecOps practices—helping transform how we
build, ship, and secure our systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on execution, automation,
and driving security-by-design across cloud-native environments.

What You’ll Do:
— Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, cloud infra (AWS), and Terraform-based
automation
— Lead containerization efforts using Docker and optionally Kubernetes
— Build observability tools and integrate security controls into dev workflows
— Collaborate across R&D, IT, and security to ensure reliable and secure delivery
pipelines
— Promote a culture of automation, reliability, and DevSecOps

You Bring:
— 8+ years in DevOps / SRE / DevSecOps roles
— Proficiency with Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, AWS
— Knowledge of security protocols and tools (SSL/TLS, IAM, secrets mgmt.)
— Strong collaboration skills and a builder’s mindset

Bonus:
— Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, monitoring stacks, or DevSecOps
tooling
— Background in eCommerce or retail tech environments
— Experience leading compliance processes (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, PCI,
etc.)
