We are looking for a Junior/Middle International Lawyer to join our Legal Team.
📍 Office: Warsaw/Kyiv | 🌍 International Market

Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide daily legal support for a group of companies;
🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDA, agent agreements etc.);
🔹 Open bank accounts in various jurisdictions and set up accounts in payment systems for legal entities;
🔹 Provide legal support in commercial law, international treaties, private international law, tax law, labor law, and financial law, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
🔹 Perform other legal tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Professional Qualifications:
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in Law;
🔸 1+ years of experience in a similar role;
🔸 English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
🔸 Experience working in payment service providers, fintech companies, or the online payments industry will be welcomed.
🔸 Initiative and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters and think creatively to solve complex legal issues;
🔸 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
🔸 High level of self-organization and discipline.
