Today we are looking for a Fraud Analyst.

Requirements:
🔹Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets;
🔹Strong written communication skills;
🔹Advanced analytical abilities and responsibility for financial outcomes;
🔹Willingness to handle both routine tasks and solve non-standard challenges;
🔹Mandatory 2+ years of experience in transaction monitoring in a bank or PSP;
🔹English proficiency at least at A2 level;
🔹Mandatory knowledge of basic MPS (International Payment Systems) rules.

Responsibilities:
🔸Interaction with counterparties (B2B clients, partners) on fraud-related issues in online payments;
🔸Setting up fraud prevention systems for new online stores;
🔸Identifying fraudulent activities and configuring fraud prevention systems to detect suspicious payments based on previously identified patterns to reduce the share of fraudulent transactions;
🔸Generating reports and conducting both standard periodic and non-standard analytics (e.g., developing an analysis methodology for a specific task, identifying required data, etc.);
🔸Monitoring transactions to identify suspicious activities;
🔸Identifying weaknesses in the fraud prevention system, optimizing processes, rules, and algorithms; setting, executing, and completing new tasks or system improvements;
🔸Identifying violations of our internal rules on merchant websites;
🔸Managing internal blacklists/whitelists.
