What You’ll Do
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best practices
- Work alongside QA Lead to build, own and manage automation test coverage
- Help develop test plans for existing software components, APIs and performance
- Automated test development, design and code reviews
- Work with the QA team and engineering management to scope and plan QA and test engineering efforts
- Design and implement scalable and reliable automated tests.
Skills & Experiences
- 4+ years experience as a Senior QA Engineer
- Hands-on practitioner from both a test case writing perspective
- 3+ years of experience with Playwright, Katalon Studio, Pytest or similar
- Experience with test case writing and automation testing
- Experience with both homegrown and off-the shelf automation frameworks
- Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools for test generation, anomaly detection, defect triage, or log analysis (experience with LLMs like Claude or Copilot highly preferred)
- Experience with performance testing (Jmeter, NeoLoad, LoadRunner or similar)
- Experience testing APIs as a white/gray box functionality test with solutions such as Python, Postman, Smartbear API, or Jmeter)
- Understanding of test methodologies, test case coverage analysis and effective hardening and exploration strategies

Requirements:
The successful candidate must have experience with AI, with strong preference for experience with Claude.
