It is important for us that you have:

— Experience in IT product development (at least 3 years)

— Experience in external API integration

— English level: upper-intermediate and higher (for working with foreign partners)

— Experience working in close cooperation with the technical team

— Practical skills in working with bug-/task-tracking systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

— Ability to use developer tools (Chrome DevTools, etc.)

— Analytical mindset

Any of these will be an advantage:

— Experience in a payment-related field (billing, payment service provider, fintech, e-commerce, e-wallet)

— Experience working with the gaming industry (betting, gambling)

— Experience with the cryptocurrency field

You will be responsible for:

— Supporting customer integrations with Trueplay, understanding types of requests/responses, authentications

— Describing API integration tasks to technical specialists

— Supporting running integrations

— Providing technical support to external specialists, communicating with partners

— Diagnosing problems reported by partners

— Integration testing

— Tracking and responding to monitoring triggers

— Notifying partners about problems and help in solving the issues that arise

— Setting and monitoring tasks for the development of new functions

— Creating and monitoring error correction tasks

— Maintaining documentation
