The Role

Due to the rapid growth and future expansion of the Group globally, an exciting prospect arises for a VP of Marketing to join our Marketing Team.
In this role, you will be expected to play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the company’s marketing strategies, with a primary focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and strengthening market positioning.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy, managing budgets, setting goals to increase brand visibility, market share, and revenue growth, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels. You will lead and supervise the Marketing Department, including digital marketing, advertising, communications, and creative teams who develop marketing plans, allocate resources, and set short-term and long-term goals. Besides, the teams analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, design branding strategies, as well as coordinate sales and marketing efforts, and participate in company planning. Ultimately, the Department’s role is to drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and successfully achieve marketing objectives.

You will be responsible for:

1. Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to guide strategy adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.=

2. Branding:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all channels and marketing efforts (e.g., events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material).
  • Lead branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence.

3. Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee the management of all digital channels (e.g., website, social media, email campaigns).
  • Drive SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and provide regular reports.

4. New Services / Service Offerings Marketing:

  • Collaborate with production teams to launch new services or service offerings.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for the introduction of new services or service offerings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for marketing campaigns.

5. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team.
  • Define clear team goals, and KPIs, and monitor team performance.

6. Budget Management:

  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget.
  • Ensure maximum ROI on marketing campaigns.

7. Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Forge strategic partnerships to enhance market visibility.
  • Work with sales teams to create cohesive sales and marketing strategies.

8. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.

9. Stakeholder Communication:

  • Collaborate with top management to align marketing strategies and goals.
  • Deliver regular presentations to executives regarding marketing initiatives and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 7+ years in marketing, with a minimum of 3+ years in a managerial position in a global IT outsourcing company, preferably work experience as a Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, or Director of Marketing.
  • Expertise in various marketing channels — digital, traditional, and emerging, experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, including analytics and CRM software.
  • Experience managing $500,000+ annual budgets.
