Due to the rapid growth and future expansion of the Group globally, an exciting prospect arises for a VP of Marketing to join our Marketing Team.
In this role, you will be expected to play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the company’s marketing strategies, with a primary focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and strengthening market positioning.
About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy, managing budgets, setting goals to increase brand visibility, market share, and revenue growth, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels. You will lead and supervise the Marketing Department, including digital marketing, advertising, communications, and creative teams who develop marketing plans, allocate resources, and set short-term and long-term goals. Besides, the teams analyze consumer behavior, identify market opportunities, design branding strategies, as well as coordinate sales and marketing efforts, and participate in company planning. Ultimately, the Department’s role is to drive brand awareness, enhance profitability, and successfully achieve marketing objectives.
