We are looking for a Senior Recruiter for our client — an international group of companies that develop their own financial platform for the online lending market. The company operates in EU and South America.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: from gathering requirements to onboarding the candidate on their first working day.
- Focus on mid, senior, and team lead positions (junior roles are not considered).
- Building and maintaining longlists; coordinating with hiring managers on candidate profiles.
- Communicating with external recruiting agencies and monitoring the quality of their work.
- Conducting interviews using modern assessment techniques to identify candidates who meet the role requirements.
- Keeping up with the latest recruitment trends, searching for and implementing growth hacking solutions to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to hiring.
- Experience in a recruitment agency or/and in the product company is mandatory
- Solid experience in closing positions in FinTech sphere is a must
- Experience in closing Non-tech positions (marketing, product and project management areas, etc)
- Understanding of the full recruitment cycle, including funnel planning, market assessment, and search strategy development.
- Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work with documents, texts, and internal reporting.
- Ability to work systematically and handle routine tasks (longlists, text reviews, quality control of wording).
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian; English at the level sufficient to work with job documentation, CVs, and business correspondence (intermediate+ will be enough).
