We are looking for a Trainee / Junior Sales Manager aspiring to become a sales professional and ready to grow in Lead Generation and Full-Cycle Sales. You’ll work closely with a seasoned mentor, follow an internal training program, and benefit from established processes and strategies developed by the sales team.

🔹Driven to grow in Lead Generation and Full-Cycle Sales
🔹Upper-Intermediate English is a must (writing and speaking)
🔹Advanced planning and critical thinking skills

🔹Follow the individual training program and then gradually grow to Full-Cycle Sales: from lead generation, market analysis, and value proposition development to deal closing
🔹Generate leads using various channels (including resources like Upwork and LinkedIn)
🔹Develop relations with potential clients to find how we can help them achieve their goals
🔹Work with team managers to develop the best-selling strategy for every team and domain
🔹Research and employ new channels and strategies as a part of sales department effort
🔹Learn from technology experts, contribute to selling points and proof-of-expertise materials
🔹Work on completing all milestones on your path to becoming an expert Sales Manager
