People Partner (full-time office work in Warsaw) (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for a People Partner to join us and collaborate with the HR Lead in managing HR processes. Our vendor team is developing and testing a product for one of the top 5 tech companies. As our project grows, we’re expanding our team to keep HR operations running smoothly and provide better support.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Warsaw.

Requirements:

• C1 level of English
• 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably within the IT sector
• Understanding of general HR processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Polish is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with internal managers
• Conducting one-on-one meetings with team members
• Monitoring team dynamics, providing guidance, and assisting in resolving issues
• Developing and conducting surveys, as well as other internal processes
• Participating in organizing internal events (team-building activities, training sessions, etc.)
