ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to handle the essential HR administration and support smooth employee experiences at Swarmer. You’ll own day-to-day tasks like onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, and benefits administration — and you’ll also have the chance to shape how these processes run in the future.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys structured work but wants to grow into building and improving processes. You’ll work closely with our HR lead, who will guide and mentor you, but you’ll have space to take ownership and suggest smarter ways of doing things.
