ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Senior Grant Manager to take full ownership of all grant-related activities. This role combines project management discipline with strategic oversight — ensuring every grant is managed from start to finish with precision and transparency. You’ll handle the entire grant lifecycle: from identifying opportunities, preparing and submitting applications, and coordinating with colleagues during project execution, to overseeing fund usage and delivering timely, accurate reports.

This is a senior role: we expect not only operational excellence but also the ability to assess risks, propose solutions, and ensure compliance across multiple grants simultaneously.

🚀 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead the full grant lifecycle: scouting opportunities, drafting applications, managing submissions, and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Ops, Legal, Program leads) to build strong, competitive applications and deliver on commitments.
• Partner with international organizations and advisory firms that support large-scale grant applications (e.g., DIU, NATO DIANA, and others).
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective communication with donors and stakeholders.
• Oversee proper fund utilization and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, ensuring timely submission.
• Act as the primary point of contact with funding bodies, partners, and auditors.

• Strong skills in planning, execution, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
• Strong sense of integrity, diligence, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
