Swarmer is a Vendor-Agnostic Autonomy for Coordinated Robots. We develop AI-managed collaborative autonomy to make teams of connected drones and autonomous systems smart, efficient, and self-improving over time.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our growing team. This role is an opportunity to shape the frontend architecture of our core product and build intuitive, scalable coordination and control web applications that bring autonomy technology to life .

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design, build, and evolve the FE architecture of our autonomy platform.
• Develop modern, responsive web applications based on Figma designs.
• Implement mapping and visualization tools to support mission planning and real-time drone coordination.
• Develop video stream applications and integrate video players with other tools and applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and UX/UI designers to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best engineering practices (testing, reviews, CI/CD).
• Take ownership of features from concept to production, proactively driving improvements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and frontend development.
• Solid experience with React (hooks), Redux, React Router, Material-UI.
• Hands-on expertise in Leaflet or other mapping libraries (Mapbox, OpenLayers, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful JSON APIs and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Docker Compose).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and motivation to deliver high-quality results.
• English B2+.
