Intern/Junior Marketing Assistant (Monetization Team)

We’re a fast-growing product company building our own tech solutions in the educational technology space. Though we launched just a year ago, we’ve already released three successful products. Technology is at our core — we focus on automation, value delivery, and scalable solutions powered by AI.

Our flagship app, SmartyMe, is a microlearning platform that helps users quickly gain knowledge in topics like history, art, and communication. Now we’re now looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Monetization Team and help us grow revenue by creating web funnels that encourage people to use the product and make purchases. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help bring marketing ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

• Build new sets of onboarding and paywall screens using our internal tool
• Set up and test different screen versions to see what works best
• Track A/B test performance and report key findings
• Maintain internal documentation and support test result organization

• Excellent presentation and communication skills: you can clearly explain your thinking and back it up with numbers.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments: You can manage shifting priorities and stay focused when things move quickly.
• Quick to learn new tools and processes: You easily adapt to new platforms, workflows, and team routines.
• English at B1+ level or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience as a marketing assistant or intern in an agency, FMCG company, or another marketing-related field
