Compliance Counsel (вакансія неактивна)

Stape is a product for server-side tracking tool hosting, and we are looking for a Compliance Counsel to join our tech team that powers thousands of customers around the globe. Our infrastructure spans across GCP and Scaleway, and includes various cloud-independent solutions, ensuring an exciting and diverse technical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Collaborate with external legal firms to review and negotiate various international agreements and contracts.
• Security Assessment: Complete security assessments for potential and existing clients.
• Maintain SOC2 and ISO 27001:2022: Work in ISMS Vanta to ensure company compliance with SOC2 and ISO standards.
• Compliance: Manage KYC/KYB procedures and respond to due diligence (DD) requests from partners, banks, electronic payment institutions, etc.
• Document Management: Maintain and update the register of agreements and ensure the organization’s legal documents are current and compliant.
• International Market Experience: Utilize experience in the international market to navigate complex legal and compliance requirements effectively.
• Collaboration with External Partners: Engage closely with our external legal and security services provider to ensure alignment on compliance standards and practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in legal and compliance roles within an international market.
• Experience in consulting on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters for at least 3 years;
• Fluent command of the English language, both written and oral (with knowledge and understanding of Legal English).
• Knowledge of SOC2 and ISO 27001:2022 standards.
• Experience with ISMS, preferably Vanta.
