We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the architecture and development of a sophisticated AI Assistant ecosystem. This is not just a standard chatbot; it is a complex Multi-Agent System designed to autonomously execute tasks and interact with enterprise data. You will be responsible for building fully agentic solutions capable of multi-step reasoning and secure data manipulation. You will work at the cutting edge of GenAI, utilizing AWS Bedrock, DSPy for optimization, and the MCP to standardize how agents consume tools and data.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

— Experience: 5+ years in software engineering with a dedicated focus on Python and 2+ years in production-grade GenAI/NLP.
— Agentic Systems: Proven experience building agents that use tools and maintain state
(experience with LangGraph or alternatives is crucial).
— Embedding Expertise: Solid understanding of Embedding Models, semantic search, and
vector space operations.
— AWS Mastery: Deep familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, specifically Bedrock, AgentCore,
and serverless architectures.
— Security Mindset: Practical experience implementing security layers for AI, including
permissions and data privacy.
— Communication: Ability to articulate complex architectural decisions to technical and non-
technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

— Agentic Architecture: Design and implement scalable agentic architectures, moving beyond simple request-response loops to proactive, goal-oriented systems.
— Orchestration: Utilize LangGraph and LangChain to enable sophisticated multi-turn
reasoning and state management across complex workflows.
— Prompt Optimization: Implement DSPy pipelines to programmatically optimize prompts and continuously improve agent reliability based on performance metrics.
— API & DB Integrations: Build and maintain secure tools and retrievers using the MCP,
allowing agents to interact safely with APIs and databases.
— Security & Access Management: Implement granular permission handling within the agent framework to ensure the AI ​​acts strictly within defined user access levels.
— RAG & Vector Search: Optimize retrieval pipelines with Vector DBs, designing strategies for high relevance and low latency context injection.
— Feedback Loops: Analyze system performance and user feedback to fine-tune reasoning capabilities and handle edge cases.
