Requirements

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

Create a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.

Organize and lead project meetings (eg, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews) to track progress and resolve issues.

Assign tasks to team members and ensure they have the necessary resources.

Monitor and control the project by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting the plan as needed to keep the project on track.

Facilitating communication between the development team, 3rd party vendors and other departments.

Motivating and coaching the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Managing conflicts and resolving issues that arise within the team.

Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.

Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them.

Ensure the quality of the project deliverables by establishing and enforcing quality control standards.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule through a formal change control process.

Conduct post-mortem analysis after a project is completed to identify what went well and what could be improved for future projects.

Responsibilities

English level: minimum B1 (Intermediate)

Experience in project management: 3 years

Proficiency in project management software and tools Jira and Confluence.

A strong understanding of various methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Scrum and Kanban is necessary.

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Delegate tasks and manage team dynamics and conflicts effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, external partners and team members.

The ability to analyze project data, identify risks, and make informed decisions.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Experience in product company or iGaming will be a plus.
