For our client, a global provider of dedicated team support for customers around the world, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will represent the interests of clients while acting as a dedicated ambassador for the company in your daily interactions. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

To excel in this position, you should possess outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ideal candidates are resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and quick learners who can build strong rapport with clients. This hands-on role involves collaborating with various internal teams and interacting with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all client-related matters, offering assistance through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Independently address standard client inquiries and proactively follow up on unresolved issues or recruitment needs.
  • Work with different internal stakeholders (HR, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Administration, and Accounting) to support client needs.
  • Ensure timely and successful service delivery through close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Engage in organizational processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and client relationships.
  • Address complex client requests, resolve complaints, and recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in IT.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite tools.
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers, top management, and internal teams.
  • Capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously (up to 20).
  • Skilled in collecting, tracking, and analyzing large data.
  • Highly adaptable, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Quick thinker and doer, especially for email correspondence and situation analysis.
  • Open to challanges and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence taking 1:1 client’s meetings.
