About the Role

We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Finance Team and help build world-class accounting operations. You’ll own management accounting, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and process automation — ensuring everything runs smoothly and enables efficient international scaling.

What You’ll Own
— Accounting processes in ERP, keeping everything smooth, accurate, and efficient
— Local reporting for international legal entities — timely, precise, and compliant
— Preparation and delivery of info and docs for banks, management, and auditors
— Audit coordination and work with BIG-4 auditors to make sure nothing slips through
— Implementation and configuration of a new ERP to supercharge accounting operations
— Workflow automation and optimization to boost speed, accuracy, and overall effectiveness

You’re a Great Fit if You Have
— Degree in Economics, Finance, Audit, or a related field
— 2+ years of hands-on experience with accounting ERPs (MS Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, BAS ERP, QuickBooks, etc.)
— Strong IFRS knowledge — interpret financial info like a pro
— Knowledge of tax legislation in the EU, USA, India, UAE, and other jurisdictions
— Advanced Excel skills — complex functions, data analysis, reporting
— Solid grasp of banking operations, transactions, and payment instruments
— Structured thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability
— High attention to detail and ownership — you get things done

Nice to Have
— English at Upper-Intermediate / Advanced
— Financial qualifications in progress (ACCA, CFA, CIMA)
— ERP experience in IT/tech sector
