Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BDM or Sales Manager role
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and of

  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals
  • High level of self-organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients; establish and foster long-term relationships with key partners
  • Identify business opportunities and potential client needs, prepare and present tailored proposals
  • Lead negotiations at all stages of the sales cycle, ensure clear communication, and prepare contracts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine market entry strategies and expand current client acquisition channels
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and potential risks
  • Maintain a detailed client database in the CRM, track deal status, and report progress
  • Provide ongoing support and development of relationships with existing clients, offering consultations and additional services as needed
