Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BDM or Sales Manager role
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and of
Experience working with CRM systems
Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals
High level of self-organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to deadlines
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new clients; establish and foster long-term relationships with key partners
Identify business opportunities and potential client needs, prepare and present tailored proposals
Lead negotiations at all stages of the sales cycle, ensure clear communication, and prepare contracts
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine market entry strategies and expand current client acquisition channels
Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and potential risks
Maintain a detailed client database in the CRM, track deal status, and report progress
Provide ongoing support and development of relationships with existing clients, offering consultations and additional services as needed
