Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer who’s ready to grow with us and shape high-load, data-driven solutions used by international partners.

Key challenges you’ll help us solve

• True mobile-first design implementation
• Performance on slow mobile networks
• Pixel-perfect UI execution
• Multi-device and cross-browser support
• Web performance optimization (Lighthouse / Core Web Vitals)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an adaptive SPA/SSR web app (React + Remix)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers
• Implement new UI components and optimize existing ones
• Perform code reviews and support junior developers
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and maintain code quality standards

Tech Stack

• React, TypeScript, Remix
• TailwindCSS, radix-ui, shadcn/ui
• TanStack Query, Jotai / zustand
• Vite, Vitest, Playwright
• Storybook, Chromatic, Lighthouse CI

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of frontend development experience
• Proven track record building responsive, adaptive web apps for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Strong understanding of mobile browser constraints and network performance bottlenecks
• Ability to turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect UIs
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and testing tools
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
• Solid grasp of scalable and maintainable frontend architectures

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B products
• Familiarity with Node.js (e.g., for SSR or API integration)
• Experience working with monorepos and private NPM packages
