Middle/Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (Odoo)

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Odoo Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong experience in discovery and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions (version 18+).

The ideal candidate has excellent analytical and communication skills and can work closely with both clients and technical teams.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (incl. v18+).

— Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).

— Proven experience in business discovery, documentation, and functional analysis.

— Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

— English level: B2+ (spoken and written).

— Odoo certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

— Lead discovery sessions to analyze business needs and translate them into Odoo solutions.

— Prepare detailed discovery and functional documentation, including process flows, specifications, and gap analyses.

— Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

— Manage project scope, schedule, and communication throughout all stages.

— Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live activities.
