Project Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for Project Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • External Platform Communication:
  • Create, manage and monitor external Jira tickets related to platform issues, improvements, and new feature requests. Ensure alignment with the needs of various departments: Product team, QA, Marketing, CRM, GamesDep, Customer Support, Legal, Payments, Analytics, and Risk & Anti-fraud.
  • Collaborate with the platform’s account management team to ensure access to necessary services, prioritize critical tickets, schedule meetings, and maintain the platform’s knowledge base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business goals.
  • Internal Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate testing of new platform features, payment methods, and system improvements with the internal QA team and local testers, ensuring smooth integrations and functional readiness.
  • Manage the internal Jira backlog and oversee the roadmap for the overall project, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Organize and facilitate daily/weekly meetings to align department needs (Product, QA, Marketing, etc.) and update stakeholders on project developments and timelines.
  • Maintain ownership of the stakeholder and communication plan, ensuring clear and efficient communication across all teams and external partners.
  • Project Management & Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables.
  • Provide clear reporting on project status, risks, and issues to senior management, ensuring transparent communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs related to project performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Best Practices Integration:
  • Apply Agile or hybrid project management methodologies to ensure flexibility and adaptability in response to changing requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, incorporating feedback loops, retrospectives, and lessons learned from completed projects.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally within online gaming or casino industry.
  • Strong understanding of Jira for issue tracking and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors and platforms, ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed reports and presenting them to senior management.
  • Experience in the online casino or gaming sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with platform integration processes and payment gateway management.
  • Certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications).
