We are looking for Risk and Anti-Fraud Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Risk Management System Implementation:
- Lead the transition from an external Risk & Anti-Fraud service to an in-house solution, ensuring the system is robust, scalable, and aligned with the company’s needs.
- Establish, build, and manage the Risk & Anti-Fraud department, focusing on integrating industry best practices and innovative risk management solutions.
Risk & Anti-Fraud Operations:
- Oversee comprehensive risk assessments of business processes, with a focus on fraud prevention and the reduction of financial and reputational losses.
- Manage and monitor risk across multiple areas, including Casino, Payments (withdrawals), Traffic, KYC, multi-account detection and risk assessment of bonus campaigns.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of customer behavior on the website, payment systems, bonus receipts, and other related activities to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
Internal Risk Control & Supervision:
- Develop and implement internal risk control measures, ensuring that all business operations comply with regulatory standards.
- Validate and monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities, bonuses, and VIP programs to prevent fraud and abuse.
- Manage the risk validation process for potential VIP customers and accounts, ensuring that high-risk accounts are flagged and managed appropriately.
Collaboration and Integration:
- Work closely with other departments, including compliance, customer support, and IT, to ensure integrated and efficient risk management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external risk solution providers, when necessary, to enhance internal capabilities.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Lead the development of analytics and reporting tools that provide real-time insights into risk levels and the effectiveness of anti-fraud measures.
- Prepare detailed reports on risk management operations, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
Continuous Improvement and Development:
- Drive the development and enhancement of Risk & Anti-Fraud services, including the automation of risk processes and the enrichment of risk data across platform systems.
- Stay up-to-date with global best practices in risk management and anti-fraud strategies, applying these insights to continually improve the company’s systems and processes.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, anti-fraud operations, or a similar role within the online gaming or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in transitioning risk management systems from external to internal solutions, including the setup and management of a dedicated risk department.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of risk assessment tools, fraud detection algorithms, and data processing methods.
- Experience with KYC processes, multi-account detection, validation of high-risk accounts and the bonus risk detection.
- Proficiency in the use of analytics platforms and reporting tools to track and manage risk levels.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for online casinos, particularly in Tier3 regions.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in risk management and fraud prevention within the online gaming industry.
Analytical and Communication Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
Leadership and Management:
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
