Our client is a creative production studio based in Germany specializing in data-driven marketing solutions for the automotive industry. The main focus is on creating personalized content to produce dynamic representations of various car configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage several projects simultaneously, including fixed-price and time-and-materials models.

• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.

• Coordinate resources and manage project risks effectively.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate project updates.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into deliverable solutions.

• Support with requirements documentation in collaboration with PO

• Conduct project post-mortems to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.

• Act as a mentor and guide to team members.

• Set goals and roadmaps for specialists, ensuring alignment with organizational roadmap.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Background:

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
  Experience working with product companies is a plus.

• Proven track record of managing fixed-price projects and delivering them successfully.

• Hands-on experience in pre-sales activities

• Highly organized and result-oriented

• Hands-on experience managing diverse teams in remote and hybrid setups

• Good experience in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).

• Great communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Good feeling of product success and experience to suggest/argument best fit solutions to the customer

• Conflict resolution and decision-making expertise under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of budgeting tracking for fixed-price contracts.

• Experience with technical environments and understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).

• Ability to balance the needs of the client and internal team dynamics

• Strong time management skills

• Excellent customer service skills and speaking/writing skills

• Strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy, and friendly

• English: Upper intermediate and higher

Nice to have:

• Dedicated BA/PO experience or role

• Experience in managing software development teams of more than 8 FTE’s

• Skills in mentoring/people management
