Вимоги:

• Вища юридична освіта
• 3 — 5 років досвіду в IT або суміжній сфері
• Глибокі знання цивільного та комерційного права
• Володіння англійською мовою на рівні не нижче Upper-Intermediate
• Увага до деталей

Обов’язки:

Як частина команди юридичного відділу, ти забезпечуватимеш правову підтримку бізнес-операцій компанії, зокрема:

• Готувати та перевіряти усі типи договорів, NDAs та інших юридичних документів
• Консультувати з питань інтелектуальної власності та персональних даних
• Підтримувати відділ продажів та інших команд у процесі переговорів та погодження контрактів з клієнтами, партнерам та постачальниками
• Досліджувати та оцінювати різні фактори ризику пов’язаних з бізнес-рішеннями та операціями

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in law
• Proven track record and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry
• Solid experience in commercial and civil law
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Legal Department Team, you will be expected to support company business activities, including, but not limited to:

• Draft and review all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
• Advise on different IP- and personal data-related matters
• Assist sales and other departments during the negotiation phase of contracts and approval thereof with clients, partners, suppliers
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
