Currently, we are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Cyprus (Larnaca).
Position Purpose
To ensure an appropriate level of physical, technical, and organizational security for the company’s offices, villas, and personnel within the Republic of Cyprus.
The role includes coordinating all aspects of physical security and maintaining cooperation with local security providers, police, government authorities, and suppliers of security systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
— Organizing and controlling the physical security of all company facilities in Cyprus (offices and villas).
— Implementing security standards, managing access control, and monitoring CCTV, security, and fire alarm systems.
— Coordinating the work of contracted security companies, monitoring shifts and response quality.
— Ensuring the technical support, maintenance, and upgrades of Ajax systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
— Conducting regular security audits and eliminating identified risks and vulnerabilities.
— Preparing reports, developing security improvement plans, and budgeting for modernization.
— Participating in occupational safety inspections and monitoring compliance with workplace safety regulations.
— Responding оперативно to incidents and emergency situations, interacting with police and emergency services.
— Providing recommendations to management on improving the security of facilities and personnel.
Required experience
— At least 3 years of experience in physical or corporate security.
— Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control technologies.
— Understanding of occupational safety, fire safety requirements, and incident response procedures.
— Strong organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail.
— English, Intermediate level or higher (for communication with contractors, police, and authorities).
— A valid driver’s license and ability to travel quickly to company facilities will be an advantage.
